Coworked Introduces Harmony FieldOS for Large-Scale Retail Technology Rollouts

New FieldOS capability extends Harmony, Coworked’s AI Project Manager coworker, with a field execution channel to coordinate hundreds of technicians across thousands of locations

Today at the NRF's Big Show 2026, Coworked announced Harmony FieldOS ("Outcomes Solution"), a new capability for retail rollouts and deployments that enables large-scale field execution by coordinating hundreds of technicians across thousands of locations. Harmony FieldOS is designed for the realities rollout leaders face every day: tight windows, constant exceptions, and fragmented updates across spreadsheets, email threads, and ticketing systems.

Harmony FieldOS gives Harmony a reliable field channel to track site-level progress, surface exceptions early, coordinate two-way communication with technicians, report outcomes clearly to leadership and customers.

Coworked is the creator of Harmony, an AI Project Manager coworker built to operate inside the systems, tools, and processes enterprises already use. Rather than introducing new dashboards, Harmony communicates through existing collaboration channels such as email, Microsoft Teams, Slack, SMS, and WhatsApp, and pushes verified updates back into systems of record.

Harmony FieldOS represents Coworked’s first step into specialized execution, extending Harmony beyond generic administrative coordination into domain-specific delivery. Coworked’s product roadmap is a deliberate progression from autonomous execution across fragmented enterprise tools toward specialized execution through modular expertise layers.

Over time, Coworked expects the same execution pattern to extend to other distributed deployment environments, including manufacturing and industrial operations.
