Our Story
There is a reason so many of us are drawn to project management. We love bringing ideas to
life, aligning business goals to outcomes and leading teams toward a shared vision. But anyone who has worn the project manager’s badge knows that the reality often looks very different. Somewhere along the way, the craft we chose for its strategic promise became an exercise in administration.
Coworked was born out of that tension. Shawn’s decades at IBM, Dell and Zebra showed him how enterprise programs succeed and fail. Ravi built Target’s engineering hub in India and learned first‑hand how to scale technology for a global brand. Sulak led AI teams at Deloitte, turning cutting‑edge research into practical business solutions. Together we realised that the role we loved needed to evolve. We were project management professionals, AI researchers and enterprise builders. We understood the discipline and the market, we knew what was possible with AI beyond the hype and we had the experience to build technology that would meet the highest standards of security and compliance.
Instead of adding yet another dashboard, we set out to reimagine what it means to manage a project. Harmony emerged from that vision: a headless-AI, agentic coworker that uses your existing systems and does the heavy lifting. It is grounded in best‑practice project management, orchestrated by a system of hundreds of agents and feels like a remote colleague rather than a tool. It engages, listens and acts, it taking care of the admin grind so you can focus on leadership. We believe project managers should be project leaders, not clerks.
